Social compliance : not just a business model, but a way of being

An ethical business conduct is the value to which RMAs policy comply to. Sustainability has therefore become the guiding element .
Its employees are expected to work and carry themselves with integrity at all times, to respect the principles of legality, loyalty and diligence ,
to conduct their duties with honesty, integrity and fairness. These commitments are outlined in its Code of Business Conduct,
an ethical standpoint that establishes a values system that regulates internal relationship as well as those within the social context one operate.
Compliance with the code is essential. RMA truly believe in its values forged over its history.
